About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX developer to lead the UI/UX build of the product, from conception to execution.  This role will be responsible for creating a great user experience for our new products and will be a foundational member of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX development from conception to execution
• Drive and work alongside other members of the technical team on the end-to-end design and research of our product
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, user flows, and other artifacts
• Collaborate closely with engineering to translate business and user needs into a beautiful and delightful experience
• Develop visual design components, construct style guides, and maintain pattern libraries

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX development experience for digital products or services.
• Proficiency with HTML5, Javascript and frameworks like React
• You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and consistency
• You approach design challenges with a creative and analytical mindset, finding elegant solutions to problems
• You are able to stay organized, execute deliverables, and meet deadlines with little oversight
• You have hands-on experience creating user flows, wireframes, user interfaces
• You use best practices for user experiences that are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design
• Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work
• Enthusiasm for new AI technologies 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ExtendScript DOM
• Experience with XML
• Experience with embedding in Adobe suite (embedded version of Chromium)
