Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, translating them into wireframes and prototypes
• Design and create user-friendly interfaces that effectively communicate the product's features and functionality
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions
• Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across platforms and products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, incorporating them into your work
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of design concepts and provide necessary guidance and support throughout the development process
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, continuously improving the user experience

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and ability to solve complex design problems
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Familiarity with user-centered design processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions clearly
