Senior UI/UX Product Designer

Now, we’re taking what we have learned and creating a product that uses AI to accelerate the underappreciated parts of creative workflows. About the role:

In this role, you will help design the web application our customers use to collaborate on creative tasks, from creative briefs to design reviews. The tools we are building for these tasks have been thought through from the ground up, automating the boring parts with AI. As a member of our product & design team, you’ll lead the way in creating and validating the UX for the future of design work.

 

The best person for this role has experience driving the full lifecycle of enterprise software design, from up-front research to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and to delivery of high fidelity designs with associated written documentation. This role will also collaborate closely with the engineering team during the implementation phase to help resolve questions that the initial designs did not capture or contemplate.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 7 years of UX design experience including at least 2 years on enterprise software
• Is comfortable working in Figma
• Has excellent organizational skills that extend to your Figma files and layers
• Grounds their design decisions in user research and our strategic priorities
• Is thorough in their work, internally motivated, and excited about our mission

*This is a remote position and the candidate is required to work eastern time zone.
