JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing user experiences for E-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a proven track record in optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user journeys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to wire-framing, prototyping, and final design.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
• Utilize extensive experience in CRO to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure a seamless integration of design solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Develop and optimize information architecture to ensure logical and efficient navigation for users.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts, ensuring a user-centered approach in the development process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, incorporating them into the design process as relevant.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 3+ years experience in UX design for E-commerce brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Expertise in utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms, responsive design, and emerging design trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
