As a Product and Graphic Designer at Jetic.io, you will play a crucial role in designing the user experience and interface of our iPaaS platform, as well as creating visually compelling marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to create intuitive and engaging designs that align with our brand identity and customer needs. Your creative skills, technical expertise, and understanding of SaaS and developer tools will be essential in shaping the visual representation of our iPaaS platform and promotional materials.

The Role

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences for our iPaaS platform.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as Figma, ensuring consistency and adherence to design principles and best practices.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process and improve the usability and effectiveness of the iPaaS platform.
• Develop and maintain a design system or style guide to ensure visual consistency across different areas of the product and marketing materials.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including website graphics, social media assets, infographics, whitepapers, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging and impactful visuals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our iPaaS platform.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design patterns, and best practices, ensuring our design approach remains modern and user-centric.
• Provide guidance and support to other teams in maintaining design standards and brand consistency across various touchpoints.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary to support design projects.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Prior experience in designing SaaS products, preferably developer tools, is highly desirable.
• A portfolio showcasing strong skills in user interface design, user experience design, and graphic design.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with web design and responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams, presenting and communicating design concepts and rationale.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
