UX Writer

Main responsibilities

Leads the content strategy and content creation while ensuring a consistent tone of voice and a strong brand personality across multiple platforms. Collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, product owners and engineers in building the best-in-class products that people love.

• Plan and define the content strategy across multiple platforms.
• Responsible for shaping a delightful voice and tone of our products.
• Manage the creation and revision of UX content in multiple language (English and Arabic).
• Effectively work on multiple journeys and platforms in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with UX Research Team to conduct user research to inform content strategy and creation decisions.
• Leverage data and user feedback to refine the content and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, and product owners to understand user needs and craft content that meets those needs.

• 5-7+ years of proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Writer, or similar role.
• Experience in developing strategies and writing content for financial services, ideally in B2B context.
• Experience writing for digital platforms, including but not limited to web and mobile applications in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles.
• Ability to understand complex financial technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
• Creative thinking, strong writing skills, with the ability to drive user-centric content.
• Native / Fluent Arabic speaker/writer
