Our client is looking for a seasoned UI/UX developer to lead the design and development of an internal application responsible for documenting and communicating all technologies, applications and products built within the organization. This application will ensure transparency and streamline the development process across the entire company.
As a Senior UI/UX developer, your responsibility will be to conduct user research and needs to ultimately develop an interface that multiple orgs and stakeholders will access. You will be working alongside a team of developers and Product Owners to build out and ensure success of the product.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and compile user needs to define UI/UX design requirements
- Build out prototypes and iterations of interface design
- Collaborate with engineering teams on development needs in a React/Angular environment
- Meet with Product Manager to gather requirements and communicate on product milestones in an Agile environment, ensuring timely success of application completion and rollout
Requirements:
- 4+ years UI/UX design experience in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience with internal application design
- 1+ years development experience with React and micro frontend architecture
Preferred:
- 1+ years development experience with Angular
- Bachelor’s in UI/UX design or related field, or in Computer Science or related field
