We are seeking a frontend/interfaces engineer with 3-5+ years experience to join our growing team. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain new web-based interfaces for our suite of electronic warfare products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web application development, interfaces and design, data visualization and mapping. You will have experience building sophisticated, but easy to use web or mobile apps, and be able to own large, complex product features from inception to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain user-facing frontend code:
- Work with engineers and designers to define requirements, understand technical architectures and develop UI/UX that deliver intuitive, experiences of our software.
- Intergrate your frontend code with in-house backend systems, APIs and/or external services, to deliver functionality to users in an intuitive, elegant interface.
- Select appropriate languages or enabling technologies for the task
- Build and integrate front-end components (primariliy using React.js)
- Optimize to ensure ease of use, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work with engineers, product managers, and other team members to translate concepts and wireframe designs into functional applications.
- Participate in design reviews and mentor junior designers.
• Implement best practices:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Follow Agile development methodologies.
- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, npm/yarn, responsive design.
Back-end: While this is primarily a frontend/interfaces role, ideal candidates might also have experience with

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL and appropriate testing libraries
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (inc Git)
- US Citizenship. Due to U.S. government regulations, specifically ITAR and EAR, as well as the potential requirement for security clearance, this position is limited to U.S. citizens. These regulations necessitate that only U.S. citizens can access certain technical data and defense articles handled by this role.
