POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a UX Designer to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and other specialists, to craft engaging and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in design principles and a deep understanding of user behavior in digital contexts. You should have experience in UX research and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user interfaces.
Together with our team, you will cultivate an environment that values empathy, critical thinking, and problem-solving through experience design, focusing on digital, product, interaction, and visual design. Your role will contribute to shaping seamless user experiences that resonate with our clients and drive business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data-Driven Insights:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs, market dynamics, and industry trends to inform the creation of user-centric designs
- Uncover, distill, analyze, and present unique findings and insights to drive UX decisions and optimize user interactions
- Utilize learnings from diverse sources, from consumer behaviors to competitive audits, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Strategy and Design Development:
- Incorporate industry best practices and emerging UX design and technology trends to UX strategies and design thinking
- Develop UX strategies and deliverables that align with business goals and user needs
- Ability to work on various UX design initiatives, including concept development, usability testing, iteration cycles, information architecture, etc.
Creative Briefing and Partnership:
- Develop informative and inspiring creative briefs that elevate the user experience
- Partner with Clients and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions
- Collaborate Creatives to ensure the successful and innovative execution of approved strategies
Performance measurement and optimization:
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of UX initiatives, continuously optimizing UX strategies based on performance data and user feedback
Client Engagement:
- Hold strategic discussions and presentations in client meetings, articulating the value and rationale behind UX design concepts and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW AND DELIVER:
- Professional experience: 3-5 years in UX design or related field
- Front-end language proficiency: HTML, CSS, JS
- Design tool proficiency: Figma, Adobe XD
- Research tool proficiency: Lyssna or other types of research tools
- Strategic understanding: User research, brand experience building, full-funnel marketing fundamentals, digital marketing principles, SEO
- Strategy development: UX strategy, user personas, user flow diagrams, journey mapping, information architecture, content strategy
- Design development: wireframes, interactive prototypes, site maps, design system creation
- Analytics and testing: usability testing, A/B testing, Analytics Tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Presentation tool proficiency: PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in user experience design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
