Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced UX Designer to join our talented and passionate team working on the Unannounced Project. This is a unique opportunity to work on an exciting and upcoming project, shaping the user experience for our highly acclaimed video games. 

Reports to

Lead UX Designer

What will you do?

  • Deeply understand player behavior and motivations to determine best UX solutions.
  • Work closely with UR to leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Design solutions: strategy, sketches, mind maps, flow charts, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes while iterating based on data from research. Know when different UX methods are appreciate given scope.
  • Work closely with game designers and developers to achieve best presentations of games mechanics and prepare production files, documentation and specs for UI designers and developers.
  • Create and express design decisions with a data-informed vision, design rationale and solutions to team members.
  • Push UX boundaries: explore the latest emerging trends through independent research and share that information with your team and fellow designers, fostering a player centered design-base culture.
  • Drive awareness: advocate the importance of player-centered interaction challenges and opportunities, player feedback, journey mapping and data-driven decisions in designing the end-to-end player experience.

What are we looking for?

  • At least a full game release cycle experience.
  • Good written and verbal English proficiency.
