Description

 The Role:
 
We are looking for a proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented team player to join our User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design team. In this role, you will balance usability with cutting-edge design solutions, continuously pushing the boundaries to achieve exceptional results. You will collaborate in brainstorming sessions with a diverse development team of international professionals. 
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Design highly usable and delightful user interfaces, experiences & visuals as part of a UI/UX team, owning both UX and visual design responsibilities;
  • Build prototypes;
  • Build game and feature concepts;
  • Standardize styles, components, and variables so that everything, from color to padding, scales seamlessly across our products and brand;
  • Design the game flows, storyboard, and new features;
  • Design beautiful and functional UI;
  • Design systems and guidelines;
  • Come up with new ideas, and creative solutions and work on the UI/UX improvements;
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings & brainstorming sessions;
  • Present concepts to teams and stakeholders;
  • Prepare source files for development and supervise implementation;
  • Work closely with product owners, managers, stakeholders, engineers, business analysts, and support team to define the product and user experience strategy;
  • Operate independently or as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (experience in iGaming is a plus);
  • A clear understanding of usability, user-centered design, and web standards;
  • Problem-solving and team player skills;
  • Knowledge of how design system and libraries work;
  • Solid knowledge of Figma (Branching/Variants);
  • Adobe toolkit (Photoshop as demand);
  • Figma or Framer prototyping tools;
  • Creativity, passion, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to perform within tight deadlines;
  • Advanced English language and good communication skills;
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage;
  • Agaile of Waterfall methodology (Jira or Monday.com);
  • Knowledge of After Effects/Animate CC is a plus;
