GoodVision's platform controls traffic in real-time. Live Traffic is a complete software solution for traffic monitoring and real-time event detection on roads and junctions. The system analyses camera streams on the fly and provides traffic data to third-party systems, like traffic management systems and controllers. Traffic data is also collected in Video Insights, ready for your further analysis.

Who we need

We are seeking a talented and independent UX/UI Product Designer to join our team. As the sole designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our analytical platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Figma, a strong proficiency in design systems and adheres to the Pareto Principle, ensuring that they focus on the most impactful tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and concept to implementation and iteration.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability.
• Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders and engineers to translate business goals into innovative design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in a tech or startup environment
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency
• Organised person with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with organising, executing and presenting results of user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player who won't get afraid when the first issue occurs
• Fluent English
