You enjoy creating digital products used by millions of users, with a strong focus on complex app projects. You will drive innovative ideas and bring together the right stakeholders, pitching ideas and working on them from discovery and ideation until delivery.
Your goal is to align design strategy and contribute to the growth of our banking products through collaboration and innovative solutions. All while fostering a spirit of constant learning and improvement.
As an advocate for user-centricity, you will ultimately empower users to have more control over their finances.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Your main focus will be designing thoughtful solutions for our banking app while having an holistic view of both the app and web environment.
• You manage the entire process from initial concepts through to shipping and beyond.
• You facilitate ideation workshops and design sprints, applying customer feedback and research to inform design decisions.
• You develop interactive low/high fidelity prototypes.
• You contribute to and advocate for our design system.
• You always design with accessibility in mind. 
• You work in an interdisciplinary team with product owners, researchers, developers and other members of the product teams.
• You mingle with the engineering team, build a good relationship and find solutions on how to progress.
• You foster a collaborative environment of trust, promoting the best work from your team.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• An exciting portfolio showcasing your experience in designing mobile and web applications, particularly in complex app projects.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, proficient in problem-solving, interaction design, prototyping, and creating intuitive interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate design problems and solutions effectively.
• Experience in facilitating ideation workshops and design sprints.
• Demonstration of strong product thinking by setting product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions aligned with user and business needs.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with current UX and UI trends, modular design systems, and UI libraries.
• Experience working in agile environments; incl. a proactive approach to quality assurance in collaboration with developers.
• Fluency in English.
• Bonus: Experience in designing financial products, trading platforms, or similar interfaces.
• Bonus: Fluency in German.
