About the role 

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing user-centered marketing experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer in the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, and developers to create engaging and effective marketing materials and campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Design and optimize user interfaces for marketing campaigns, website pages, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for marketing projects.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and digital marketing.
• Advocate for the user and ensure a user-centered design approach in all marketing projects.

• Have 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite etc
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale clearly
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
