Our mission is to offer our clients the possibility to visit the most beautiful and stimulating places on our planet, through the best holiday packages, at unbelievable prices. Our customers can find out more about our trips and book them instantly in a matter of minutes through our website, avoiding the usual long exchanges of email, meetings, or calls required by more traditional travel agencies, which makes us the most convenient way of booking a multi-day tour package.

What about the team?

As a UX/UI Designer with a specialization in CRO for checkout, you will play a critical role in optimizing our checkout experiences across both mobile and desktop platforms to maximize conversion rates and enhance user satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, marketers, and data analysts to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement design solutions that drive measurable improvements.

Which will be your main responsibilities:

● Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.

● Optimize the conversion funnel and user journey by identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic solutions.

● Simplify the buying journey to enhance conversions, focusing on UI/UX design that removes barriers and making the shortest path for visitors/buyers to convert.

● Provide actionable insights from test results and monitor website performance metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rates.

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design changes.

● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user needs and business goals. You are a rock star with UI skills.

● Manage a pipeline of CRO experiments, identify and test new technologies to enhance conversion rates and consumer engagement.

● Optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, increasing lead-to-customer conversion rates and driving marketing-qualified leads.

● Use analytics platforms to track and analyze test outcomes, creating design, content, and development guidelines based on successful tests.

● Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization or a similar role.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful conversion optimization campaigns and results.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and drive design improvements.
  • Familiarity with web development and design principles.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
