MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
MOO is on a mission to bring brands to life sustainably by designing remarkable products. Our website allows customers to browse, customise, and order print and branded merchandise, which we manufacture and ship directly to them. We're seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our User Experience Design Team and help develop our e-commerce platform. It's an exciting time to join MOO as we reimagine our end-to-end user experience to support our growth.
Come join our 50+ staff in MOO’s Product and Technology Team, comprised of UX Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Agile Coaching, where we collaborate to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, and deliver measurable outcomes we learn from.
You'll join our User Experience Design Team of four designers, reporting to our Head of UX Design. In a cross-functional Product Squad, you'll collaborate with a Product Manager and Engineers to enhance MOO’s user experience. This hybrid role is based in our Camden office in London for two days a week.
We use strategic OKRs to align teams, set goals, and measure success. MOO has a strong product culture focused on discovery and delivery sprints, identifying business needs and customer pain points before delivering, testing, and refining solutions. To foster our vibrant design and feedback culture, the UXD Team regularly syncs on work through weekly design critiques and creative workshops. We also have a career framework to support your growth as a designer. This is a perfect opportunity to join us as we cultivate our design culture at MOO.
