About the Role

We are disrupting Healthcare with inspired, AI-powered software products for Revenue Cycle teams. As a Product UI Designer, you will own the visual design (UI) of our products to create incredible experiences for our users. You will work closely with our cross-functional Design and R&D teams to deeply understand our users needs and design and implement the visuals in our product UIs to meet those needs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:

*This role will be working Pacific time zone hours. Strong preference to be based in the Pacific time zone

What You'll Do

Strategize.

    • Own and shepherd our product visual language working closely with others in the Product Design (UX) and Product teams.
    • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of our users needs (user interviews and shadowing sessions, expert interviews, research, etc.) to use in creating incredibly designed products.
    • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop market leading product and solution ideas.

Execute.

    • Deliver product UI design needs for our software products working closely with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering and AI leaders and teams in particular.
    • Work closely with front-end engineers to refine product designs and rapidly iterate being deeply involved in the entire lifecycle of the product.
    • Use Product Design tools to mockup and rapidly prototype and test design concepts.
    • Champion our users' needs in the design, development and implementation of our products.
    • Deliver an exceptional level of craftsmanship with a dedication to hitting milestones.
    • Optimize the process of collaboration with other key R&D teams like Product Management and Engineering.

Align.

    • Interact frequently with Executive and Functional leaders in strategizing and executing on product initiatives.
    • Present to, converse with, and learn from prospects, customers, partners, and industry experts.
    • Share user insights with the broader organization, especially the R&D teams.

Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3 years of product UI design experience developing software applications and ideally enterprise software applications.
    • Expert user of product design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and solid experience with JIRA.
    • Resiliency, intellectual vitality, learning ability, coachability, and professionalism.
    • Effective verbal and written communication for internal and external audiences.
    • Preferred: previous healthcare technology experience, previous Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning product experience, previous revenue cycle experience, experience with React front-end framework and Ant.

Compensation

    • Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $120,000-140,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
