We are looking for a Junior UX Designer! Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) provides managed services for a large tech video-sharing platform. We are seeking a prompt engineer/visual designer to join our team to work with our client remotely. The prompt engineer will work closely with a diverse team of designers, artists, and engineers to explore the creative potential of AI and push the boundaries of visual expression. This is a fully remote, 3 month engagement with possibility of extension.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop effective prompts for a variety of AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and generative models, with a strong emphasis on visual outputs.
- Collaborate with researchers to understand model capabilities and limitations, and iterate on prompt design to achieve optimal results.
- Work with art direction to translate visual concepts into prompts that effectively guide AI models to generate desired outputs.
- Test and evaluate prompts in a variety of scenarios to ensure accuracy, consistency, and robustness.
- Clearly document and communicate prompt design decisions and best practices to the team.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in prompt engineering and visual AI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a visual or graphic designer.
- Proven experience in graphic design, art direction or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, visual storytelling skills, and design expertise.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in concept development, mood boarding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with prompt engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and platforms.
- Experience working with generative AI models such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or DALL-E.
Compensation & Benefits:
This temporary full time role offers a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience level.
