The Work:
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to understand user requirements and effectively translate client vision into design solutions for SaaS Platforms (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and Workday).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct research, engaging high-level stakeholders and end-users to define vision and gather feedback to drive consensus throughout the design process.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately while aligning with technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design for enterprise platforms.
- Be an ambassador of design within your project teams and client accounts.
Here's What You Need:
- Knowledge or understanding of SaaS Platforms (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and Workday platforms).
- Demonstrate advanced wireframing and prototyping abilities. Drive the creation of wireframes and/or prototypes in coordination with any necessary Platform experts or developers.
- Demonstrate an advanced ability to drive complex principles of as well as user interface & interaction design principles.
- Drive the planning, execution, & synthesis of user research and/ or usability testing. Uncover and share compelling insights within our Platform methodologies.
- Understand the different types of users, their needs, roles, and actions they need to take within the interface or platform.
- Understanding of design systems within enterprise Platform design solutions.
- Have practical experience with user testing and iteration for platforms.
- Strong experience delivering responsive interactive experiences on both mobile and desktop.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Mural) or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Demonstrated written, oral, presentation, time, and task management skills.
- Ability to provide clear, articulate rationale for platform, design choices, and approach.
Bonus Points:
- 3+ years of project delivery roles working in SaaS Platforms (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and Workday platforms).
- Bachelor's degree in Design related program (Communication Design, User Experience Design, etc.) or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology. Ability to work in iterative product design cycles.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Process Design.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development practices and tools
- Certifications in SaaS Platforms (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and Workday platforms).
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
