📌 Contribute to the definition of product goals 

📌 Contribute to the production of high-quality deliverables at both operational and strategic/organizational level 

📌 Generate design solutions, from the initial sketches to the final interactive prototype 

📌 Follow the complete lifecycle of a Design project: from drafting the initial proposal to following the Development and Testing phases 

📌 Cooperate creatively and effectively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners and developers, to conceptualize and design user-friendly digital products and interfaces 

📌 Creation of presentations and documentation for the features designed or assigned 

✔ 5+ Years of experience in UX Designing.✔ A deep understanding of design principles.✔ Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use Figma, FigJam, Notion, Adobe CC.✔ A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing,        A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.✔ Proved past experience in designing web and mobile applications, completed with flows, wireframes and final prototypes.✔ Experience in working with Design Systems.✔ Technical knowledge of the development process.✔ Experience in creating intuitive interfaces that allow users to interact seamlessly with AI applications.✔ Collaborating closely with our development team.✔ Experience in managing projects and junior resources.✔ Good level of spoken and written English.
