Responsibilities:
- optimize, develop and evaluate the user experience (UX) for our SaaS desktop application
- co-create the vision and concepts for features within the application, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals
- identify design problems and devise optimized solutions
- collaborate with UX Writers, Product Owners, IT teams and other key stakeholders
- verify user needs by selecting the appropriate UX research methods
- conduct competitor analysis to inform design and business decisions
- translate concepts and recommendations into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- follow UX design best practices and stay updated with industry trends
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- at least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer
- experience in designing complex desktop applications
- a solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), and of planning and conducting UX research
- clear and effective communication of UX design processes, ideas and solutions
- experience in cross-departmental collaboration, with excellent communication skills
- the ability to iterate on designs and solutions based on UX principles and user behavior patterns
- a passion to resolve user pain points through great design
- the ability to understand and interpret UX metrics to make informed decisions
- an openness to receiving feedback and engaging in iterative processes of product development
- accuracy and attention to detail
- knowledge of Figma, Axure, or other standard UX software
- a university diploma in UX studies, psychology, or a related field
- excellent English and Polish language skills
Nice-to-have:
- experience with user recording software, such as LogRocket or HotJar
- experience with user testing applications, such as User Interviews

Salary range:
- Contract of employment: 7500-12500 PLN gross/month
- B2B contract: 461,00-768,00 PLN MD/net
