YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

• Lead UX Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive UX strategy that not only enhances user satisfaction but also aligns with and drives business growth objectives.
• Functional Design Excellence: Adopt a functional approach to create superior user experiences that are intuitive, visually appealing, and seamless in flow.
• Collaborative UX/UI Integration: Partner closely with UI designers to ensure that all user experience requirements are met, delivering simple yet impactful user interfaces with standout features.
• User Research & Insight: Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to understand user behavior, preferences, and needs, translating these insights into actionable user journeys.
• Design Solutions: Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that reflect the needs and preferences of end-users.
• Performance Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of UX initiatives, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
• UX Advocacy: Act as a UX evangelist within the organization, promoting user-centered design principles and ensuring that the needs of our users are always prioritized.
• Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in UX design, advocating for the adoption of new tools and methodologies within the organization.
• Usability Testing Oversight: Oversee the usability testing process to validate design decisions, ensuring that user feedback is incorporated for continual enhancement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• User-Centered Passion: A deep commitment to user-centered design, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong track record of leading and delivering successful UX initiatives.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring and guiding a team to achieve excellence in UX design.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical abilities, with the expertise to interpret data and insights, using them to inform and enhance design decisions.
