Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.

• Conduct user research: Gather and evaluate user requirements, both through qualitative and quantitative research, to create informed designs that address user needs and pain points.

• Develop design concepts: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Create high-fidelity designs: Develop detailed UI designs and prototypes that clearly articulate the visual and interaction elements of the product. Ensure designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity.

• Lead design projects: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while balancing business objectives and user needs.

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years experience in designing commercial apps

• Strong design skills across iOS, Android and web platforms

• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions

• Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures

• Broad knowledge of design tools

• Strong, clean visual design sense

• Must have a portfolio featuring examples of product design work

3. Call with Edoardo & a member of our design team

4. Onsite interview

To facilitate communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office Monday to Friday and this is not a hybrid role. If you are not able to commit, please don't apply. We are not flexible.
