Mission:
As a UX/UI Designer at Washmen, you will be responsible for enhancing both the customer-facing mobile app and internal company applications. You will play a pivotal role in improving the overall user experience and interface design to ensure seamless, enjoyable interactions for customers and efficient workflows for internal teams. Your mission is to elevate Washmen’s digital products by applying your design expertise, with a specific focus on e-commerce and service-based platforms, to support the company's goal of being the leading on-demand laundry provider in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
       UX/UI Design:
     Lead the UX/UI design process for the Washmen mobile app and internal applications, ensuring a customer-centered design approach.
     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to design features that enhance user experience.
     Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
     Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
     Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.
      Product Development:
     Collaborate with the product team to align design initiatives with product strategy and business objectives.
     Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience through data analysis and user feedback.
     Contribute to the development of new features that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
     Ensure that the UX/UI design aligns with Washmen’s brand identity and values.
      E-commerce Focus:
     Design user flows and interfaces specifically tailored to enhance the e-commerce functionality of the Washmen app, making it easy for customers to schedule and track laundry services.
     Optimize design for seamless integration of new services (e.g., “Shoe Care,” “Bag Care”) and improvements to existing ones (e.g., “Clean and Press”).
     Improve conversion rates by simplifying the ordering and payment process while maintaining a high standard of user experience.
      Internal Tools:
     Design interfaces for internal applications that support efficient operations, enhancing employee productivity.
     Work with the operations and technology teams to improve the usability and efficiency of internal apps used for logistics, customer support, and service management.

Required Qualifications:
·      5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on mobile applications and e-commerce.
·      Proven experience designing intuitive user interfaces for customer-facing apps.
·      Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, particularly in the e-commerce space.
·      Proficiency in design tools particularly Figma.
·      Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
·      Experience working in an agile development environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders at all level
