Scope of the Role

We are seeking a skilled UI-UX Designer with expertise in Squarespace and/or Framer to turn premium design inspirations into a refined and interactive website experience. You will be tasked with crafting elegant, responsive, and conversion-optimized sites that reflect a sophisticated and minimalist aesthetic.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-conversion websites using Squarespace or Framer.
• Translate visual elements (typography, layout, imagery, micro-interactions) from reference sites like MRiver Capital, Greenbelt Capital, and Meru into original brand-aligned experiences.
• Implement smooth transitions, scroll effects, and subtle animations to enhance interactivity.
• Ensure seamless performance across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on branding, messaging, and visual hierarchy.
• Integrate functionalities such as contact forms, image galleries, and investor portals without compromising design.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI-UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing Squarespace and/or Framer projects.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility in minimalist, high-end design — with attention to typography, spacing, and layout systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Framer’s interactive features or Squarespace’s developer mode, including custom CSS/JS.
• Ability to replicate the feel of premium reference websites while crafting something unique.
• Proficiency in asset optimization, responsive design, and performance tuning.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with motion design (e.g. Lottie animations, GIFs, SVG).
• Familiarity with Webflow.
• Basic understanding of SEO and UX best practices.
• Previous work with finance, real estate, or luxury sectors is a plus.
