Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer for Corporate Web Applications, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will take ownership of the user experience journey from research to wireframing, prototyping, and the final design. Your designs will directly impact how our corporate clients interact with our software, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, particularly in corporate or enterprise settings.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes that communicate design ideas and workflows.

• UI Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for corporate web applications while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.

• User Testing & Feedback: Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize user experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.

• Design Systems & Guidelines: Help establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms.

• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure that all designs are accessible and responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes, adhering to best practices and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for corporate or enterprise web applications.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI designs.

• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• UX Best Practices: Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, including responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to transform complex processes into simple and effective user experiences.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Agile: Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Bootstrap.

• Experience with corporate, B2B, or enterprise-focused web applications
