Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Active Pooling)

Location: 100% WFH

Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance user interfaces for web applications, focusing on user experience and efficiency.
• Engage in user research to identify user needs and test design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that can be directly used for development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure a seamless execution of design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze the results to inform design decisions.
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design capabilities.
• Provide input during brainstorming sessions to drive product innovation and improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in web applications.
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and finished products.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is preferred.
• Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
