This is where you come in! Are you passionate about solving complex challenges for more technical users and administrators? Have you designed admin experiences for B2B SaaS platforms? As a Senior Product Designer at Outreach, you'll work on our industry-leading sales execution platform powered by AI. Specifically, you’ll be solving complex challenges for Outreach administrators in our customers’ orgs and helping them to enable better experiences for their organizations and sales teams through tools and data.

While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. The workplace is based in Prague, Czechia.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Work with a highly adept team of Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to advance core product capabilities and bring new insights to streamline user flows
- Define workflows that make complex ideas simple for administrators who are enabling Outreach on behalf of their company
- Craft industry-leading system architectures, user flows, usable interaction models, and highly polished UI visuals
- Partner closely with other designers to collaborate and iterate on solutions, and expand our design system patterns
- Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to your team and company leadership
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to ship well-considered product enhancements that deliver measurable impact
- Partner with our Product Managers to conduct customer interviews, gather qualitative and quantitative insights to support your design work, and run usability studies to evaluate proposed solutions
- Become an expert in the administrator persona, their pain points and user needs, and how they enable their sales organizations
- Help us co-create a vibrant inclusive design culture co-created by team members from various geographies (incl. US, CZ, IN) and backgrounds, focused on mutual support and continuous improvement
Our Vision of You
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating design concepts, customer journeys, beautiful and elegant visual UI designs, and crafting interaction details that solve complex customer problems
- Have 6+ years of experience in Product Design / UX design / interaction design for digital software products. Bonus points for having designed workflow-based productivity tools
- Have experience leading design for a major feature area or vertical independently, and are confident bringing a strong and informed design point of view
- Are skilled in presenting and explaining your work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and proactively seek feedback to deliver world-class designs
- Skillfully gauge process and concept fidelity for proposed solutions to meet customer objectives. Including: early vision, conceptual work, information architecture, low fidelity wireframes, user flow prototypes, detailed visual design, and design specifications
- Are capable of working within fast-paced agile teams where close collaboration is part of the daily rhythm
- Have experience participating in and driving design research activities
- Are a systems thinker and are able to utilize, propose, and extend shared components, patterns, and interactive behaviors
- Are passionate about the details and always keep pushing your work until it is refined, elegant, and world class
- Are uncompromisingly service-minded and anticipate the needs of customers and colleagues with empathy
- You communicate clearly and succinctly, both in written and verbal form, to various audiences across the business
- You have an inclusive, transparent collaboration style and good stakeholder management skills. Bonus points for experience collaborating with distributed teams across timezones
