The Clark Team is on the lookout for a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive our user experience strategy by applying your expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations, ensuring that our products provide exceptional and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research sessions, including interviews, surveys, usability studies, and focus groups to gather valuable insights.
• Analyze and synthesize complex user data to inform product design and business decisions.
• Create detailed research reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into product development and improve the overall user experience.
• Stay updated on UX trends, methods, and tools to continually enhance research processes and user outcomes.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization, educating team members on their importance.

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and processes, along with experience in collaborating with design teams.
• Proficient in using research tools and software, such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
