About the Role

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their founding team and shape the future of their AI-powered roleplay platform. As the first dedicated designer, you will work directly with customers, engineers, and founders to create next-generation interfaces and experiences that make complex AI interactions feel natural and intuitive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation.

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points.

• Work with engineers and founders to bring designs to life.

• Create and maintain design systems and assets in Figma.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Advocate for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the organization.

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design skills.

• Interest in designing AI-powered interfaces and products.

• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Self-starter mentality with a passion for solving complex problems.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Experience as a solo designer or early design hire at a startup.

• Demonstrates curiosity and creativity in approaching new challenges.

• Shows passion for creating delightful user experiences.

• Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes.

• Keen interest in AI, voice interfaces, and emerging technologies.
