Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You will be leading the charge in creating a fantastic user experience for our fans in the real estate space. This role is foundational in casting the vision for the product design team, doing one’s part in continuing our mission of bringing hope in every walk of life.   

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of experience in UX, UI, and Figma
• You have the ability to think outside the box and consider multiple angles to solve problems
• You have strong communication skills and the confidence to respectfully push back on ideas

What Winning Looks Like:

• Choose research methods that align with product outcomes, furthering our mission of making quality products that impact our fans and change lives
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to user experience
• Create detailed summaries of user insights and consistently share them with the squad and stakeholders
• Rapidly create mock-ups and prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to visually communicate and test solutions
• Conduct usability tests using tools like HotJar and heat maps to gather user feedback and validate design decisions, making iterations in reaction to said feedback
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Invest time in building rapport and understanding individual strengths on the team
• Make timely decisions to keep the team moving forward
• Clearly communicate the rationale behind decisions to the team
