As the Senior Product Designer, you will create user-centered solutions that align with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and serve as a bridge between design and product management. Your expertise in UX/UI and problem-solving will help drive innovative, impactful designs for both the team and clients.

Responsibilities

    • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with product and business goals while maintaining a user-centered approach
    • Guide the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables
    • Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews in order to elicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIs
    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences
    • Confidently present design concepts, prototypes, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations and gathering feedback
    • Contribute leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in business, marketing, or a technology-related field
    • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in product design for digital platforms
    • Proven expertise in designing customer portals and collaborating with technical teams to deliver products that align with customer needs and business goals
    • Advanced skills in user research including the creation of user personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to craft seamless, intuitive user experiences
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business and user needs into innovative, functional design solutions
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale, advocate for design principles, and align the team and stakeholders around the design vision

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in an enterprise setting 
    • Experience as an UX/UI Designer, Creative Director (Digital Products), UX Strategist, UX Researcher

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $90,000 – $120,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
