Launch your career in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing with Fingerpaint Group's Paint the Way Program. This unique internship experience is designed to integrate you deeply into our teams, delivering real-world impact. This dynamic program offers rising participants an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client solutions through hands-on and direct team involvement.

As a Paint the Way intern, you'll collaborate directly with industry experts, gaining invaluable practical knowledge while contributing to active client projects. We believe in empowering our interns; your ideas and unique perspective will be valued as an integral part of the team.

This paid opportunity is open to rising seniors and above, recent graduates, veterans, and those seeking a career change.

Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
Schedule: June 9^th - August 15^th
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office

Role and Responsibilities:

Experienced and motivated self-starter able to assist with projects and find a competitive creative edge.
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to get to the heart of user challenges and separate content, form, and function.
Interactive prototyping and user flow presentation from low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity user interfaces.
Comfortable discussing and rationalizing design decisions with a team and taking feedback from stakeholders and client teams.
Enjoy designing cohesive brand experiences across a range of digital touch points.
Good collaborator, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills.

Skills Required:

Experience using Adobe Suite (particularly XD and/or Photoshop), and Figma
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Interest in learning about user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to work across multiple projects, prioritize accordingly, and work to agreed deadlines.
