Your Typical Day:

Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables both at a leadership level and within the design team
Sketch, storyboard and wireframe user flows to optimize key interactions for responsive desktop, mobile, tablet devices
Lead consumer insight research and usability activities to inform strategic and creative direction—including user research, user testing, persona development and customer journey mapping—to make strategic recommendations on the best solution
Contribute/Lead client presentations, delivering strategic UX recommendations with confidence and conviction
Design best-in-class digital experiences focused on user-centered principles
Evaluate and identify UX improvements within existing products/platforms and provide design solutions
Create wireframes and prototypes, lead user testing exercises and annotate UX design recommendations
Provide clickable prototypes for user testing
Provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the team
Contribute/Lead UX and Design thought-leadership
Communicate and collaborate with the digital project team throughout all stages
Work within a defined process and keep all work organized according to agency standards

Your Talents:

The energy, passion, and imagination to drive us forward
7+ years of UX design experience
3+ years of experience leading UX/UI teams across multiple projects
Proven experience guiding team members and clients through UX strategies
Experience working on social or consumer facing products across multiple platforms
You're an excellent communicator and can clearly articulate your design decisions and ideas for UX design strategy
You have a consistent track record of launching simple, effective, and eye-catching products in a highly collaborative work environment
Sketch, storyboard and wireframe user flows to optimize key interactions for responsive desktop, mobile, tablet devices
Strong proficiency in Information Architecture programs such as OmniGraffle, Axure, Excel, Invision, etc. to create wireframes and clickable prototypes
Excellent presentation skills, specifically related to presenting to clients during pitches and client meetings
Portfolio demonstrating critical thinking, UI Design and understanding of UX best practices
Experience working in ad agency and highly knowledgeable about new and emerging digital technologies and trends

We're looking for a talented, user-focused designer to help us build and maintain new digital products. This teammate will collaborate with other designers, engineers, product managers and stakeholders to design, prototype, test, and iterate new and existing digital products.

What we're looking for

A UI Designer with experience with crafting delightful digital experiences
Working knowledge of pattern/component and interaction libraries
An online portfolio that visually shows your talent, skill, and experience
Extensive knowledge and expertise in design and prototyping software (Sketch/Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Invision, etc.)
A strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, grid, hierarchy, iconography and modern UIs.
The ability to iterate based on research and feedback, and help connect work directly to business goals and/or user needs
Experience working with design/development/engineering teams seeing design from proof of concept to implementation.
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design or related field
