Job Description

Be part of a Development Team developing a leading QA visual analytics and reporting platform for DevOps
Cooperate closely with the team in Serbia and Switzerland
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
Create prototypes for new product ideas

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
Experience in working with Agile Development methodologies, Scrum in particular
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders
BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experienced with front-end code with a portfolio to demonstrate your proficiency
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
