Es necesario que tenga conocimientos en investigación de usuario, levantamiento del negocio, arquitectura de información y diseño de interfaces e interacción.

Funciones del cargo

-Investigar al negocio, el mercado y a los usuarios, con el fin de definir una estrategia de experiencia.

-Diseñar la experiencia de uso del producto, para que sea intuitiva y fluida, considerando las necesidades del usuario final y del negocio.

-Participar en la creación de las historias de usuario desde el punto de vista de la experiencia, aportando los criterios de aceptación necesarios.

-Definir la arquitectura de la información del producto para que conviva con el ecosistema de productos.

-Presentar soluciones a través de prototipos en alta definición y sus interacciones.

-Proponer formas para medir las nuevas funcionalidades o sus modificaciones (uso, conversión, interacción)

-Realizar diagnósticos web, en base a la utilización de herramientas como benchmark, análisis heurísticos.

-Utilizar herramientas para validar hipótesis o identificar problemas en la experiencia de los productos digitales.

-Dar visibilidad a los POs de los quiebres de experiencia y de oportunidades de mejora en sus backlogs.

-Trabajar directamente con el cliente.

La persona que se sume al equipo como diseñador UX/UI deberá:

-Entender los principios de usabilidad y Diseño Centrado en el Usuario (UCD).

-Conocer los patrones de uso para web y dispositivos móviles.

Comunicarse adecuadamente con usuarios, stakeholders, usuarios y equipo de trabajo.

-Saber interpretar datos de análisis para tomar decisiones.

-Detectar patrones de comportamiento de usuarios.

-Organizar y jerarquizar la información.

-Hacer uso de las metodologías de investigación cuantitativas y cualitativas.

-Experiencia creando Kit UI.

-Conocer marcos de trabajo ágiles.

-Definir objetivos para tener un plan de acción claro.

-Prever errores y tener la tolerancia para reaccionar cuando se presentan.

Requisitos deseables

-Diseño de aplicaciones móviles nativas y/o híbridas.

-Experiencia creando y utilizando sistemas de diseño.
