About the Role:

Limit Break is in search of a UI/UX expert who will take charge of designing the visual and interactive components that elevate the overall user experience. Your main focus will be on creating intuitive, captivating, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that seamlessly guide players through the game, ensuring a delightful gameplay experience.

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of mobile game UX, demonstrate exceptional visual design skills, adeptly translate high-level requirements into interaction flows, and skillfully transform these flows into captivating, user-friendly, and fully functional interfaces.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, your responsibility will be to craft top-tier, visually captivating, and user-friendly interfaces for video games. Responsibilities:

? Design rich, high-fidelity user interfaces, wireframes/prototypes with a strong consideration of the user experience;

? Own UX design for our games, leveraging User-centered design and other industry best practices to ensure a frictionless and compelling user design

? Work closely with the producer, art director, game designers, and our game development team to facilitate the design and development of UX/UI through each stage of the development process.

? Contribute to advancing and broadening the development of exceptional brands and visual directions by exploring and crafting distinctive art styles.

? Produce high-fidelity mock-ups and game-ready assets for interface designs and elements.

? Conduct research and suggest artistic styles for the UI based on the project's genre and target audience, focusing on achieving the best composition, color palette, and rendering.

? Take ownership of the products' interaction and visual design aspects, establishing consistent UI components and guidelines that adhere to established patterns and standards.

? Handle UI implementation within the game and efficiently manage and optimize its assets.

? Extract the design's goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), distilling the essential information players need to understand.

? Organize and sequence this information into straightforward flows.UI/UX as an integral part of the design team for us.

? While expertise in UI implementation is a requirement for this position, we foster a growth-oriented environment where all UI/UX designers can eventually contribute to designing game features and engaging in UX research.

Requirements. Who you are and what you've done:

? 8+ years of experience creating user interfaces for mobile applications, including video games. An outstanding body of work demonstrating UI solutions.

? Demonstrates exceptional visual design abilities encompassing color theory, layout, and typography, along with a keen awareness of user-system comprehension and interaction.

? Possesses substantial expertise in information design, proficiently creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX design materials.

? Exhibits adeptness in using 2D software such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and/or similar tools.Embraces creativity, autonomy, proactivity, and natural curiosity in approaching design tasks.Can present designs and communicate solutions effectively to different stakeholders.

? Stays updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

We are looking for passionate, creative and business-minded product designers who work with early startup teams at Bueno, a venture studio launched in 2022 by Favorite Medium to envision new digital-first ventures for users around the world. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall design vision for new ventures and should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex problems through design.

This position is ideal for those who want to contribute to the studio's success with direct impact on the direction of its ventures while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and autonomous environment with flexible remote working arrangements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products
Conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

Required skills and experience
