Your daily activities as Senior Product Designer will be:
- Align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language and design system.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
- Advocate for user-centric solutions within technical and business constraints.
- Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and support diverse user needs.
- Manage design tasks, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Define success metrics for design outcomes and refine solutions based on performance data.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Document and articulate design decisions to ensure alignment.
You are best for this role if you are:
- 3+ years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Background in project management and research.
- Proficient knowledge of design software (Figma, etc.).
- Knowledge of wireframe tools and various techniques in A/B testing, user interviews, and usability testing.
- Problem solving and data-driven approach in researching, designing, and implementing best user experiences.
- Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills and systematic approach in every project.
- Proven track record in designing both mobile applications (iOS, Android) and web applications.
- Experience in Fintech will be a plus.
