One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer, Collections in Canada.
This role is a key opportunity for an experienced product designer to help shape a next-generation B2B collections platform, with a focus on intuitive design and AI-powered experiences. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and design to craft engaging workflows that simplify complex financial tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and has a passion for solving user problems through research-driven, elegant design. You'll contribute to scaling a new design system and play a central role in transforming how users interact with collections tools.
Accountabilities:
- Lead design for the Collections module, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and US- and Israel-based teams.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to shape feature development with user needs at the forefront.
- Translate product vision into wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs aligned with business and user goals.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the company’s evolving design system.
- Drive design processes in Agile sprints, ensuring delivery is on time and aligns with high-quality standards.
- Present your work to internal stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating rationale and user impact.
- Foster a design-thinking mindset across the product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience designing user-centric B2B or FinTech applications; experience with enterprise workflows is a plus.
- A strong portfolio with examples of system thinking, scalable design, and user workflow improvements.
- Proficiency in Figma (design and atomic systems), FigJam, and prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience with research and testing tools such as Helio, Heap, and UserTesting.
- Expertise in collaborating in Agile environments with cross-functional teams from concept to release.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to present design work to various stakeholders.
