About Homera Health
Homera Health is the team behind the team—building the tech, marketing, and growth engine powering some of today's most successful telehealth brands. As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time multidisciplinary designer who blends strong visual design instincts with a deep understanding of user experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces across web and product surfaces—from marketing pages to core patient experiences. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to bring ideas to life and evolve our design system with purpose and precision.

Responsibilities

Visual & Web Design

  • Build and iterate on conversion-optimized marketing assets (e.g., company websites, landing pages, onboarding flows).

  • Maintain brand consistency in typography, color, and layout across web and product experiences.

  • Extend visual identity into early product features such as onboarding forms, dashboards, and tracking pages.

User Interface

  • Design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate and refine ideas.

Information Architecture & Content Structure

  • Develop intuitive user flows and clear information hierarchies.

  • Organize content to enhance navigation and user engagement.

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders from concept to launch.

  • Lead collaborative design sessions to shape and refine ideas.

  • Actively incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Research & Usability Testing

  • Conduct user research to uncover needs and behavioral insights.

  • Plan and facilitate usability tests, rapidly iterating on results.

  • Define success metrics and iterate designs based on performance data.

Design System & Documentation

  • Produce visual assets, style guides, and interaction specs to support scalable development.

  • Maintain a living design system for consistency across platforms and devices.

  • Prepare clear handoff documentation for seamless engineering implementation.

Ownership & Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure design efforts align with business goals and long-term product milestones.

  • Navigate design trade-offs with thoughtful, data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, including conversion-focused direct-to-consumer web design; startup exposure is a plus.

  • Mastery of graphic-design fundamentals—typography, color, layout, composition—and proficiency with Figma.

  • Proven skill designing scalable desktop and mobile UI.

  • Advanced web-design expertise with a deep grasp of UX principles, resulting in visually compelling and user-friendly sites.

  • Strong systematic-design chops (components, typography, color tokens, grids, spacing).

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset—solve problems independently and drive projects to success.

  • Clear, confident communicator who can present research and design concepts to any audience.

  • Portfolio showcasing digital work.

  • Self-starter who thrives both autonomously and on cross-functional teams.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with low-code web builders (e.g., Webflow) and creating A/B test designs for conversion optimization.
