What You’ll Do
Roles + Responsibilities
Own UX strategy and direction across an account, driving a seamless integration of upper-funnel content marketing, dynamic personalization, and high-performing design systems.
Translate analytics, behavior insights, taxonomy, and business needs into UX recommendations.
Partner directly with clients to build wireframes, UX flows, and campaign experiences that align to KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and retention.
Support personalization, testing, and optimization strategies via UX recommendations and prototype explorations
Build and present creative presentations, clearly communicating design solutions and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for optimization through analytics, including performance audits, funnel analysis,
and testing insights.
Translate business and marketing strategy into UX recommendations for information architecture, personalization, and content hierarchy.
Incorporate accessibility principles and compliance into design solutions to support inclusive, scalable digital experiences.
What You’ll Bring
Capabilities
Deep UX and CX expertise, including advanced knowledge of enterprise software, ecommerce,
SaaS platforms, and scalable design systems.
Strong understanding of AI-integrated workflows, personalization engines, and conversion-centric design for marketing and campaign ecosystems.
Proven success in optimizing journeys for performance KPIs: acquisition, engagement, conversions, retention, and beyond.
Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, accessibility, responsive design,
and dynamic content delivery.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you translate technical or strategic concepts for clients with clarity and empathy.
Proficiency in using UX to support taxonomy, tagging, insights analysis, and structured content.
A proactive, flexible, and organized approach to managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
A strong point of view, an open mind, and the drive to inspire company leadership and your team.
An eagerness to learn new skills, share your knowledge, and step outside your comfort zone.
Tools + Skillsets
Mastery of Figma (including Figma AI), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams), presentation design/delivery
Familiarity with AI/ML design tools and prototyping environments, including agentic workflows and generative design
Extensive experience in UX design within an enterprise, digital agency, or studio environment, including a strong portfolio of work samples (experience with enterprise design systems is essential)
