CConcepta is hiringUI/UX Designer

As we scale our business, we're looking for a UI/UX Designer , who will own our experimentation-driven landing page pipeline focused on not just design, but conversion optimization, architect templates, test, and iterate with growth in mind.

This is an in-office position based in Belgrade.

What You'll Do (First 3 Months):

• Audit current landing pages, funnels, analytics setup, and testing backlog
• Identify the needs of the founder and core teams (media buying, analytics, product)
• Design and launch mobile-first landing pages (ad pages, advertorials, PDPs) for the US market
• Standardize Figma (components, styles, naming) and establish clean dev handoff
• Launch an A/B testing cadence with clear KPIs; iterate based on performance
• Set up CRO reporting (GA4 + dashboards in Looker Studio/Sheets) to track CVR, CTR, AOV
• Build a reusable library of sections/templates; scale output (including freelancers if needed)

• 3+ years in a UI/UX role for web/e-commerce with measurable CVR impact
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping landing pages for paid traffic (US market a plus)
• Proven ability to build design systems, processes, and testing workflows from scratch
• Experience collaborating with performance marketing/analytics and interpreting test results
• A deep understanding of e-commerce user psychology and CRO principles

Technical Stack:

• Figma (components, Auto Layout, variants, Dev Mode)
• CRO/analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar/Clarity; dashboards in Looker Studio/GSheets
• A/B testing: VWO / Optimizely (or similar); strong grasp of test design and evaluation
• Landing page builders: Webflow / Replo / Unbounce / Framer (nice to have)
• Basics: HTML/CSS understanding; JS literacy for effective dev collaboration
• Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and structured documentation
• Strong English (B2+): English‑speaking only for day‑to‑day collaboration and documentation
