TThinkingIt is hiringUX/UI Designer
About the Project
We’re building a modern SaaS platform for time tracking, productivity analytics, team scheduling, and payroll management — designed to help businesses monitor and optimize team performance across web, desktop, and admin environments.
The product is already in the Post-Beta phase.
Our goal is to move from a functional MVP to a polished, scalable design system with consistent user experience and visual clarity.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong understanding of product-driven design.
You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and developers to refine flows, improve usability, and establish a consistent interface across the platform (Web Dashboard, Desktop App, and Admin Console).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the design system (components, states, typography, color, spacing).
- Create responsive designs for web and desktop interfaces.
- Prepare high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets in Figma.
- Maintain consistency between web, desktop, and admin views.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on UX research, usability improvements, and feature ideation.
- Document design decisions and interactions for developers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or productivity platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens).
- Strong understanding of UX flows and usability patterns for B2B tools.
- Experience designing for desktop applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization (charts, metrics, dashboards).
- Familiarity with multi-role systems (Admin / Manager / Employee).
- Understanding of design accessibility and responsive scaling.
- Knowledge of micro-interactions or motion design (Lottie, AE).
- Experience working with Notion, Jira, or Confluence.
Benefits
- Remote-first work environment with flexible hours.
- Work on high-visibility, global digital products.
- Collaborative team culture that values design excellence and user experience.
