Creative Brief: Shibari Study Partner Program
Overview
Shibari Study is launching a Partner Program to strengthen relationships with in-person studios and make it easier for students to discover local communities. This initiative will introduce a new section of the website dedicated to studio partners, highlighting their offerings and creating a seamless experience for both students and studio administrators.
Objectives
Provide students with a clear, accessible directory of partner studios.
Give studios a compelling, co-branded presence on our site.
Streamline the onboarding flow so studios can easily apply, submit information, and manage their profiles.
Support the Partner Program’s visibility across our ecosystem through consistent navigation and branding.
Deliverables
1. Student-Facing Landing Page
A central hub introducing the Partner Program.
Searchable and filterable list of partner studios, both in tier 1 and tier 2.
Clear CTAs to explore studio profiles or learn about partnership opportunities.
Messaging that reinforces credibility, trust, and alignment with the Shibari Study community.
2. Studio Profile Pages (Design + Backend)
Modular page templates highlighting:
Studio description
Instructor list and bios
Class types and schedules (if included)
Location, accessibility, and contact details
Media gallery (optional)
Backend system for uploading and updating content.
Design aligned with Shibari Study branding with optional co-branding elements.
3. Studio Sign-Up Page & Onboarding Flow
Application form for prospective partners.
Steps for submitting studio details, media, and brand assets.
Confirmation and approval flow for internal review.
Automated notifications for each stage (submitted → approved → published).
4. Partner Brand Kit (for Co-Branding)
Logo usage guidelines.
Co-branded templates (social graphics, simple badges, email headers).
Color, typography, and spacing rules.
Examples of good vs. incorrect usage.
5. Navigation & Architecture Updates
New primary or secondary nav item for “Studios” or “Partner Studios.”
