Creative Brief: Shibari Study Partner Program

Overview

Shibari Study is launching a Partner Program to strengthen relationships with in-person studios and make it easier for students to discover local communities. This initiative will introduce a new section of the website dedicated to studio partners, highlighting their offerings and creating a seamless experience for both students and studio administrators.

Objectives

  • Provide students with a clear, accessible directory of partner studios.

  • Give studios a compelling, co-branded presence on our site.

  • Streamline the onboarding flow so studios can easily apply, submit information, and manage their profiles.

  • Support the Partner Program’s visibility across our ecosystem through consistent navigation and branding.

Deliverables

  • Searchable and filterable list of partner studios, both in tier 1 and tier 2.

  • Clear CTAs to explore studio profiles or learn about partnership opportunities.

  • Messaging that reinforces credibility, trust, and alignment with the Shibari Study community.

2. Studio Profile Pages (Design + Backend)

    • Studio description

    • Instructor list and bios

    • Class types and schedules (if included)

    • Location, accessibility, and contact details

    • Media gallery (optional)

  • Backend system for uploading and updating content.

3. Studio Sign-Up Page & Onboarding Flow

  • Application form for prospective partners.

  • Steps for submitting studio details, media, and brand assets.

  • Confirmation and approval flow for internal review.

  • Automated notifications for each stage (submitted → approved → published).

4. Partner Brand Kit (for Co-Branding)

  • Logo usage guidelines.

  • Co-branded templates (social graphics, simple badges, email headers).

  • Color, typography, and spacing rules.

  • Examples of good vs. incorrect usage.

5. Navigation & Architecture Updates

Target Audiences

  • Students: People seeking local studios to learn, connect, and progress in rope.

  • Internal Team: Partnerships, engineering, product, & content.

Creative Considerations

  • Tone: supportive, community-centered, trustworthy, professional.

  • Visuals: clean, minimal, modern, but warm; highlight real people and spaces.

  • Accessibility: mobile-first design, screen-reader compatibility, clear hierarchy.

  • Global mindset: support international studios and multilingual potential.

Success Metrics

  • Number of studios applying and approved.

  • Engagement with the landing page (CTR to profile pages).

  • Time spent on studio profiles.

  • Student referrals from studio pages.

  • Studio satisfaction with onboarding and visibility.
