UX/UI Team

We design with purpose and back it up with data. Our team knows how to combine clean, functional visuals with a smooth user experience, making every interaction count. We work closely with business and tech teams, test our ideas, and fine-tune them to get real, measurable results.

You

You are an expert in UX and UI design with a strategic mindset. You know how to back up your design decisions with data, not assumptions, and can confidently use insights to support your arguments. Experience with A/B testing is a strong advantage. You balance user needs with business goals and communicate your reasoning clearly to both developers and stakeholders. Above all, you are focused on creating designs that deliver real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple smaller-scale projects, ensuring every deliverable meets high standards of quality, usability, and visual aesthetics
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align design solutions with business goals
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize user experience
Support all recommendations and design choices with research, analytics, and data-driven insights
Present several well-thought-out design options, enabling informed decision-making for each project
Contribute to building and refining design processes within the team, bringing structure and efficiency to workflows
Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them where they bring tangible value

WHAT WE EXPECT

Solid background in UX and UI design, with a portfolio that shows high-quality “shipped” work backed by data and a good eye for aesthetics
Proficiency in working with Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with design systems
Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing to guide and validate your ideas would be a strong plus
Ability to explain your design choices clearly, present a few well-thought-out options, and get both business and technical teams on board
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to deliver designs ready for production
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across all levels of seniority.
Willingness to help shape and improve design processes as needed

GROSS SALARY

4000 - 5600 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
