Position Summary

We are looking for a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join a fully remote, global team. This role operates in a cross-functional environment, supporting Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams across multiple countries. The designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences, ensuring consistency across products, and supporting the development of regulated and financial digital products, contributing to timely and high-quality product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent UX and UI solutions across platforms.
• Ensure consistency in user experience across multiple products and touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders in discovery, refinement, and validation processes.
• Support the development of regulated and financial products, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
• Contribute to on-time and high-quality product deliveries.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and UX guidelines.
• Conduct and support usability testing, incorporating insights and feedback into design iterations.

Desired Profile

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (mid-level) working on digital products.
• Strong experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and UI design.
• Experience working with financial, regulated, or complex digital products.
• Knowledge of discovery tools such as Canvas / Matrix SCD / Empathy Maps.
• Knowledge of research and tools such as: Useberry / Lyssna / User Testing / Maze.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Fintech, iGaming, or similar industries.
• Experience designing global and scalable products.
• Familiarity with UX metrics, product analytics, or CRO.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Design, UX/UI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Languaes:

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory)
• Spanish is a plus.
