We are looking for a passionate and talented Lead Designer to join our team. Is that you?

As Lead Designer, you will be expected to own creative concept development for all visual elements of the Lensabl brand, including research and production of final design assets. We are looking for a person who is ready to take our brand to the next level––and help us identify exactly what that means and how to do it.

This is a full-time, salaried position that will require 40+ hours per week. Based in Venice, CA - 2 blocks from the beach :)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative strategy and production process for all visual elements of the Lensabl brand, serving as the in-house resource for all things design and creative
- Improve, test and optimize the appearance and function of the Lensabl website
- Contribute to growth and acquisition efforts by providing creative strategy and visual assets for advertising, social media, email marketing and content marketing efforts
- Work with the marketing team to draw from user research, designing ways to improve the customer experience that will help increase conversion, retention and referrals
- Work with our developers to help implement wireframes and designs, ensuring proper functionality and appearance on all devices

You must be or have:
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
- At least 5 years of full-time design and creative production experience
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch, as well as Balsamiq or similar wireframing and prototyping tools
- Portfolio of relevant design experience or links to live examples of web or digital work
- Ecommerce startup experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
