Freddie, a part of F. Schumacher & Co., is the next-generation community hub for interior designers, homeowners and connections between the two.

Everyone at Freddie is excited to add an ambitious and highly detail-oriented member to its team. This position requires the ability to work quickly, wear many hats, and manage projects to meet deadlines and company goals.

The Graphic Designer position will create and design marketing materials. The role is rooted in creating breathtaking, engaging and intelligent collateral that will drive user engagement and growth. Armed with a passion for design, and the ability to conceptualize content, the right candidate will thrive in our fun and fast-paced environment.


Freddie, a part of F. Schumacher & Co., is on the verge of becoming America’s leading name for introducing interior designers to new potential customers. In the past few year, Freddie has begun the lay the groundwork to develop such a platform.

Now we are looking for a Freelance UX/UI Designer to join our growing Digital Product team and help take this momentum to new heights. This person will collaborate with our team on a new platform that will shape the way Interior Designers interact on a website and other digital tools.


Agile team of 2 Digital Product Managers and 2 Engineers all working in house. We work on a combination of large-scale and iterative projects. Highly collaborative and dedicated, talented. A lot of fun to work with!


  • Strategizing with the team on concept, UX/UI design
  • Wireframing and rapid prototyping
  • Developing style guides
  • Delivering final pixel-perfect specs for development (supporting multiple screens)
  • Post-launch usability evaluation and iteration
  • Beautiful design and brand alignment is important to us – we are, after all, a design company


1-2 years of related experience
