Visual Design at Tessian

We’re not a typical cybersecurity company, and we need a designer who can communicate this through impactful visual design.

Tessian is looking for a creative individual to help influence and drive the visual side of our brand. You will work closely with our Marketing team to produce a wide variety of assets for use across the company.

Earlier this year, we went through a full visual rebrand and name change orchestrated by the design team behind Airbnb, Deliveroo and BlaBlaCar. Now we need to truly develop that identity and narrative.

As a designer at Tessian, you get the opportunity to truly impact every area of the business: Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations. Each have their own unique needs and deliverables, ranging from web content, infographics, advertising campaigns, case studies, events collateral, white papers and more.

As a Visual Designer you will:

-Help develop the Tessian design system
Create visual assets that communicate and define our technology and products for use across the business
-Work with the Marketing team to craft graphics for social and blog posts
-Work with the Commercial team to create visual content to drive sales
-Figure out how to visually illustrate intricate concepts
-Design marketing collateral, for both print and digital
-Create branded merchandise/swag, like t-shirts and socks, for industry events

We’d love to meet someone who

-Is a creative and critical thinker who can distill complex ideas into digestible content
-Is highly proficient with graphic design tools, like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or Affinity, Sketch and other design tools;
-Self-starter with excellent time management skills;
-Can quickly iterate different designs;
-Highly collaborative and comfortable working with people from different disciplines;
-Is comfortable working on multiple projects and tasks at any one time;
-Is dedicated and has a strong eye for detail;
-Has a beautiful portfolio;
-Can craft amazing and precise visual graphics;
-Can find the balance between innovative, original concepts and practical, deliverable solutions
-Has a strong understanding of print and digital design
-Ideally has experience in one or more of the following: Icon design, Illustration, Brand ecosystem design, Layout design, Animation
