A client of MR Recruitment is hiring Senior UX Designer (w/m/d)

Tasks:

• research of user needs & scenarios/personas
• user testing
• preparation and moderation of client workshops
• Erstellung von User Journeys, wireframes, site maps, user flows...
• creation of fine concepts, click dummies & protoytpes
• basic UI design

Requirements:

• Experience designing cross-devices digital products
• Good commend of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator & also Animations-Tools (After Effets, Principle)
• big interest in understanding users & their needs in order to make their online experience easier
• self-driven, organised und big eye for details/good design
• fluency in German is required
